Has anyone considered: In Arizona, what's going to happen to all of the immigrants who are there perfectly legally and are actually creating American jobs via the EB5 green card program? Will the be harassed? I say probably.

My I-140 is applied during Jan 2007 under EB2 category. My LCA says Masters with 24 months experience amd alternative as Bachelors with 5 Yrs experience. As per the processing time updates, they are processing March 21st 2007. I don't see any updates other than Case is pending.
What should I do to get this processed?. Should I call customer service and ask for SR?

Yes, after you get your EAD card You can go to near by SSN office and apply SSN for your spouse. I just did that today and they said she will get card in 10 days. You need a SSN to join any office.

I had applied for my I-140 to seek an extension from Oct-09 to OCT-10..Instead I recieved an I-140 with expiry date of Oct-09 itself..what to do now..I know its a genuine mistake..but not sure how to get that addressed..:confused:

What are the timelines for I-539 Change of Status for H1 to H4?
Is premium processing option available for the this change of status?
Friend worked till last week of pregnancy (clean H1 history before). Her 12 weeks of maternity leave is ending soon and looks like the family needs to pay attention to child's condition and she has no choice but to become a full-time mom (another full-time job in itself though). She was in status during her maternity leave (some part of which was covered by STD insurance, remaining unpaid leave totaling 12 weeks under FMLA). She needs to change her status from H1 to H4.

My Husband�s priority date is Oct 2003 (EB3). My Employer is willing to start for GC in EB2. Can We use my husband�s EB3 Oct 2003 priority date ?

I like the colors, and the silhouetted person. Personally, I think cropping out a lot of the top (roughly the upper 1/2 of the picture) would make it more interesting. This would also give it a panorama-like appearance.

There are many diferent opinions, i too understood that renewals and extensions wont be subject to cap. But there is no clear statement on my scenario.
