Just realized I did the same mistake too. The field is not "starred" and so is not a required field. I've already sent in the supporting documents. I am thinking of sending a separate letter a la sparky_jones.

Even though this is the wrong thread, can somebody please recommend a good attorney in Oklahoma City Area. I need to hire a different one since the one I am with currently is not good.

I enjoy both the shows very much and lately many other shows have started acknowledging their popularity (for example, CNBC's Kudlow takes pride whenever he is covered in their shows).

I think we need to be pretty careful in the way we approach him, because he seems to be highly opinionated and passionate about things he cares for and at the same time he will go lengths to screw someone/something that he does not like/believe in. So I think IV core/media relations team should do their due diligence before contacting him.
If he agrees to cover our situation it will help us a lot. Great idea OP.

The applications that were sent between July 2 and July 17 have been transferred to other service centers. the applications reached during this time period is taking a little longer to process.

I actually did the stop payment back on the 14th and I have checked my account everyday and nothing...... Do you think they will reject it? I hate to lose the receipt date of July 2nd....
If there is no way you can stop the stop payment, then you should not get all anxious.
You were considering yourself lucky that your PD became current in July, unlucky that you filed a day too soon, but lucky that you came to know just in time, lucky that you still got your receipt, unlucky that you stopped payment, lucky that you have a second application in case your first one is rejected....
So you started being lucky and you might end up being lucky... Don't worry about all the unlucky episodes in between and hey, why worry about losing just 6 weeks of receipt date. Think about pre June-15th days :):)

Hello,
My brother-in-law and sister are both Indian Doctors, having a private practice in INDIA. They would like to apply for visitor's visa.
Any suggestion about the problems they may encounter? Do they have to go on two differrent dates for getting the visa stampped at Chennai?

The chances to get visa is 1% as they know why they come here even though you say that they come here for visiting.The documentation is same as for B2 visa.

India is in the process of having social security agreements with France and Germany.

Don't know about anything with the US happening anytime soon. But it would definitely help those who worked here contributed to the one-way SSA pool and left before 10 years.They never got to have the social security benefits. If work visas are made available relatively easily and job openings go up in these countries, people would prefer going to these countries rather than to the US.

I wonder why he did not say they should be screened for their skin color, their Shakespearean English and BTW all the applications of legal residents and naturalized Citizens here who are non Europeans ought to be revisited to ensure they fit the new criteria. Perhaps actually saying that would have been too politically incorrect.
This guy is unbelievably anti-immigrant. Even many anti-immigrants feel he is too far to their right on this issue. Him in the house and Sen. Jeff Sessions in the Senate cannot be changed. I think it matters and you probably might get an RFE if you dont provide evidence that you are qualified for the advertised job.
You can try to get an affidavit from some of your older colleagues.
It is EB3 (PD 2001) and Lc did say that 3 years of experience and my first job almost have 2 years 8-9 months of experience. So I was thinking that USISC should not mind for letter of eperience for 3 remaining months..Current job ..I have been working now for 6.5 years....
Does it matter..Do you think it really matters..
