I've structured the WorldEdit talk page to allow for nominations. This allows everyone (including unregistered users) to make them. Tuesday sounds good to me, although we might have to delay it a bit this week.

Nice shot, would be nice if there were less clouds around the mountain as it covers a lot of it up and is distracting. Plus would use just a very slight increase in vibrancy just to make the colours pop a bit more. also slightly increase contrast through Levels... again only a touch. that's only from my personal point of view though. I've always heard the 6pin variant referred to as FW600 while FW400 was reserved only for the mini 4pin which doesn't have power. I realize it may not be technically correct but it's always allowed easier differentiation between the two connectors.
I've always heard of the 4-pin being referred to as iLink on Sony devices or mini firewire everywhere else.
I thought FW400 and 800 refer to the speed, so 600 makes no sense to me at all.

To answer your question, I just upgraded from JB 4.3.1 to JB 4.3.2 without restoring. Just updated to stock 4.3.2 in iTunes, then ran redsn0w over it to jailbreak, then reinstalled all my JB packages.
Not sure if not going through a full restore will have any adverse affects, I certainly haven't noticed any yet though!
Oh okay, I'm gonna try it now with 4.3.3.

A lot of the times if you don't properly drive a high impedance can, a lot of its sound won't be as tight and crisp as it should, so it's not just the volume output. I remember the first time I heard a high quality tube amp on a HD650 in a store, it was the first time it made a song I really know and like have a bass that sounded like an actual kick drum rather than a soft boom boom noise, I was pretty amazed.Yup, I was really surprised when I started using a headphone amp for the first time. Its a powerful difference.
Anyway, back to the topic at hand. Have you plugged your hd650's into a mbp? How did it sound?

Corona SDK could do it pretty easily. You'll want to watch tutorials from them at this site: http://www.learningCorona.com to make sure they cover what you want.
Why would one use a game engine that would add $200-$350/year to the cost of developing this app when it seems that the OP doesn't even want to spend the $99 for the Developer account?

Cool, I am now fiddiling with the dreamweaver free trial, anyone else have any suggestion?
I prefer GoLive to Dreamweaver, but that could just be me liking the setup and workflow because it more closely mimics Photoshop. I believe Adobe offers a 30-day trial of GoLive CS2, check that out while you're at it and compare them. If you use other Adobe products (or other Macromedia ones) you might find the given program easier to use simply by association of workflow and layout.
Edit: Not free, but Adobe does have student pricing if you qualify. If not, once you purchase one app, I believe the entire Creative Suite isn't that far away which would gain you many other apps. Depending on your usage, look into it to see if that makes sense for you.

Why would you jailbreak if you're having problems such as this? It will only make it worse.
I jailbroke it because now I can add cydia apps that bypass some shortcomings of the native iPad (password protecting specific apps, mail enhancements, widgets, etc)

to be frank, i would wait for the new computer which will have imovie11 bundled. i have no idea what early versions of imovie do to footage on import, but it's probably not nice. If you were using FCP it wouldn't be an issue.
fyi, mpeg4 is h.264 (kind of). h.264 is actually mpeg4 part 10, but the terms are often used interchangeably. Both however, are delivery formats.
I would import as DV since it would be the native tape based format and has less compression.

I think Verizon is great and has never let me down even when I have traveled into some pretty rural areas. I like to join in on the whole Verizon vs. AT&T battle just for fun. I can't believe people are so serious about it. Lighten up and use whatever works for you.
