I don't think this wifi radio will happen on the ipods, your limited to the hotspots coverage, not so on-the-go. More useful for iphones that are always online.
The possible wireless capability is an interesting one.

PS-In a two week trip to Italy last summer, I was delayed by TWO transport labor strikes...according to locals, this happens regularly. You might wonder how they get stuff done if this happens so often. The short answer is that they don't. :rolleyes:

Was it turned off when you spilt it? I spilt water onto my MBP and nothing happened, luckily it was turned off (the battery was dead so it entered deep sleep mode).
it was on at the time and die right after the spill and after a few days i decided the alcohol solution.
The motherboard was cover in wine and i actually use an electric toothbrush to clean it.

If we are talking cores contra speed, then it all boils down to what software you will be using.
For the server though, definitely go with more cores as it will be able to handle consecutive connections without trouble.

Agreed. I've been using the "Olympus Master 2" software with my E-PL1's RAW files and it's ssssslllllooooowwwww (like 20s to display a pic in 1:1 resolution). Wondering if iPhoto's RAW handling is significantly faster than the Olympus s/w.
Been holding off on upgrading from iPhoto '08 -> '09 in the hopes that '10 will come out soon....................soon?

I think I'm onto something good. Have you heard of the 5 stages of grief? If you learn you have a fatal disease or a loved one has a fatal disease (also applies to relationships) you go through 5 stages: denial, resentment, bargaining, depression, acceptance. With that in mind, here are the Five Stages of Switching:
The first stage is denial
Upon hearing others badmouth Windows, the user reacts with a shocked, "No, it�s okay. It�s got problems but computers have to crash sometimes." This is not a healthy stage, but permits some users to not blindly accept Microsoft�s BS and develop other defenses.
Next comes anger or resentment
"What makes Mac users think their computer is better than mine? Jerks!" is the question asked now. Abuse, directed against the Mac community (usually on internet message boards and in Comp USA) often is a part of this stage. This outcry should be accepted, unjudged. You cannot reason with somebody in this stage. Facts are lost on them.
The third stage is bargaining
"Windows has problems, but�" "If I buy the latest version and install all the patches . . ." This is a period of temporary truce.
The fourth stage is depression
Now the person says, "Yes, Windows sucks and is ruining my life," with the courage to admit that it is happening; this acknowledgment brings depression. (Note: The family rarely goes through the stages along with the user. Rather, they enable the denial and resentment stages)
Finally comes acceptance

Nice shot, would be nice if there were less clouds around the mountain as it covers a lot of it up and is distracting. Plus would use just a very slight increase in vibrancy just to make the colours pop a bit more. also slightly increase contrast through Levels... again only a touch. that's only from my personal point of view though. I had a similar experience at Somerset in Michigan. I walked out after 4 hours when only 20 people had been processed. It was really disheartening. I agree that they should have either scrapped the walk-in line or processed them at an equal speed until the 100 or so phones they had were gone. Employees kept encouraging us that it would only take "a few hours" in the walk-in line, too. It was just such an unfair process. Why do walk-ins at all? Ugh.
I called the store today, and of course they "got a new shipment." Pretty disgusted with Apple right now. I get having a low supply to increase demand, but do you really need to tease the people who are so loyal to your company that they show up hours before your store opens? Cruel.
